Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc., (ETMG) is seeking a Copywriter with medical device writing experience for a client company in Sunnyvale, CA.. The Copywriter will affect the full range of collateral crafted by the company's Global Marketing Communications team, serving as a creator for designed files. S/he will be responsible for understanding the brand narrative and working with other copywriters and editors to clearly articulate our product and procedure value propositions while maintaining consistent quality, tone, voice and style.

The ideal candidate will be looking to break into creative concepting and writing for a growing medical device company. The role requires the ability to efficiently execute on multiple deliverables in close cooperation with team members and colleagues.

Job Description:

Writing and editing:

•Efficiently craft compelling stories for emails, newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, web pages, printed promotional material and more that meet user needs and reflect the Intuitive brand and mission.

•Interpret creative direction and adapting key points from creative briefs into persuasive copy.

•Manage development and delivery of copy for assigned deliverables in conjunction with senior copywriters to ensure that materials are of the highest quality and delivered on time.

•Build strong relationships with critical cross-functional partners in marketing, project management, design, and others.

•Analyze content and make appropriate copy edits to improve SEO performance.

•Portray flexibility and creativity as a range of marketing collateral copy needs are executed, from headlines to ad copy to marketing emails.

Skill/Job Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' work experience as a copywriter required. Medical device experience is preferred.

•Ability to clearly, accurately, and concisely prepare all types of content for a variety of audiences. Knowledge of AP style required.

•High emotional intelligence.

•Familiarity with content management systems, with particular emphasis on Sitecore.

•Self-starter with ability to edit and update Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Competent in and comfortable with production and desktop publishing.

This is a 6 month contract position, beginning mid-October, approximately 40 hours a week, w-2, hourly position.

[KITlist-Tech] Senior Project/Product Manager (South Bay, California)

Chanel Impact has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Project/Product Manager to work side-by-side with our startup client on their new software and application development, to project manage the launch. The right candidate is process-driven, has the ability to wear multiple hats, and can successfully lead a cross-functional team to develop and improve a product, while directing its strategy, roadmap and features with the leadership.

This is a 3-month project role at Channel Impact with the possibility for extension. The ideal candidate will be located in the San Jose/South Bay Area to work at the client's office as needed.

Responsibilities:

Understand the strategy/product roadmap to successfully lead the development team to deliver the end product

Determine the defining and prioritizing features of the product and drive bug fixes based on those priories

Define what the product team delivers and when, creating a project timeline and schedule for implementation

Provide client with a weekly Executive Summary Report detailing the status of each work stream

Qualifications:

8+ years proven product life cycle experience, developing and project managing the launch of new products/software applications

Experience Project Manager (certification a plus)

Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a high level of integrity and reliability

Pro-active; can hit the ground running

Can effectively lead and motivate a cross-functional team

Must be technically savvy in order to effectively understand and communicate with developers

Microsoft Project knowledge desired

Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative, incredibly organized, and responsive

Proven track record uniting and driving teams forward

Excellent collaboration and communication skills with proven ability to influence at all levels

Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment

Consistent follow-through and accountable on projects, does not get easily frazzled

Straightforward and clear communicator, able to write, present, and speak for action

Customer service, super positive, can-do attitude

Should be located in the San Jose area

OTM seeking a Senior Java Developer for Fortune 500 client company project.*Local candidates with local experience preferred (local = San Francisco Bay area)

*Your main responsibility will be developing and programming applications for eCommerce applications. You will define integration to other systems via services and APIs, key customizations and extensions of the systems, data conversions and migrations. You will interact with other teams and IT groups on an ongoing basis. Must have:

•Strong Core Java, J2EE, Spring or other MVC framework programming and design skills. *Experience with Scala/Java Frameworks is a must since one application is being developed in Scala/Java, and another in Core Java.

•Demonstrated expertise in multi-tiered application development, and familiarity with design considerations such as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), performance, scalability, re-usability and flexibility

•Deep expertise with relational databases, preferably Oracle•Extensive experience with web application servers such as Tomcat, Weblogic, etc.

•Familiarity and experience with packaged or custom CMS solutions

•Proven ability to manage to deadlines and meet cost constraints•Ability to support multiple projects at the same time

•Proven skills on brainstorming and communicating technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management

Nice to have:

•Experience with high traffic eCommerce applications, or online merchandising web sites

•Working knowledge of software development methods and processes including Waterfall and Agile development practices

•Expert knowledge of HTML, XML, Mustache, CSS, Javascript, and JS Libraries

•Excellent Experience with Java/Scala frameworks

•Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Education/Experience:

•8+ years development experience

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

•MS degree or equivalent is preferred.
