Your Responsibilities Include:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Design multi-touch outreach campaigns for GNA's media publication and clients utilizing an array of digital strategies—email campaigns, social media, paid advertising, lead capture landing pages, and more.
• Draft and build responsive emails with dynamic copy to ensure the content appeals to multiple target audiences.
• Create strategies for social media content (organic and paid) for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Draft and build website content, including lead generation forms/landing pages.
• Collaborate with the Communications Strategy and ACT News teams on best practices for digital campaigns.
• Working with the database marketing team to identify and bolster our target audience lists.
Project Management:
• Lead the project management for GNA's client and ACT News digital campaigns and webinars.
• Communicate regularly with all team members to keep them informed of key project updates and milestones.
• Work directly with the design team on digital assets, including emails, websites, webinars, social media graphics, and more.
• Track project tasks and deliverables using GNA's project management tool, Asana.
Webinar Management:
• Manage the logistics for educational webinars, including set up, speaker invitations, audience development, and reporting.
• Develop multi-touch marketing campaigns to support webinar registrations, including email campaigns, social media (organic and paid), partner marketing, and other strategies.
Qualifications:
First and foremost, we are looking for a team member that is passionate about making the world a better place and has a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. Beyond that, qualifications include:
• 4 to 6 years of experience in fast-paced environments supporting or leading B2B digital marketing projects
• 2 to 6 years of experience with Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, ExactTarget or other similar email marketing tools
• 2 to 5 years of experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager
• 2 to 5 years of experience with social media marketing across Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• 2 to 5 years of experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Basic understanding of HTML, preferred experience with WordPress
• Very strong project management skills, including organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and possess a strong ability to adapt, multitask and manage multiple deadlines at once

Probo Data Group has an amazing long term contractor opportunity and is seeking a full-time software tester (35-40 hours per week). Probo Data Group is a growing Silicon Valley based software company that works to automate our customers business processes. Our passion is to simplify a complicated processes so our customers can be more productive. Once you learn the role and responsibilities, the hours are very flexible and the work can be done remotely.

The ideal candidate must have 4 years' experience working with software testing. Having SQL skills and previous software testing experience is a plus. Must be able to work with a small team of software and database engineers to make the project successful.

Primary skills must include:
· Ability to understand product requirements and create testcases based on those requirements
· Knowledge of software testing methodologies
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to write good test cases that can be easily reproduceable
· Ability to communication with team members on testing status and progress
· Ability to learn about a complicated process to help test and verify that software works
· Passion for making a difference and leaving the place better than you found it

Preferred, but not required skills include:
· Confluence, Xray
· Windows Server, ISS, SQL Server coding skills
· Knowledge of wood and door manufacturing terminology: Stiles, rails, mid-rails, mitered doors, cope/stick doors
· Knowledge of earned value management terminology: BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, BAC, EAC, ETC.

Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in non-profit organizations, for those typically 50+ and considering retirement, with 20+ years experience, who wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act. Encore Fellow Organizational Development: Primary Role and Responsibilities

Habitat for Humanity Broward is currently working on a 5-year strategic plan. They seek an Encore Fellow to oversee the operational integration of the plan into the organization.

Responsibilities will include:
Evaluate efficiency of organization including routine functions, any competency gaps and FTE allocation
Examine lines of business to evaluate contribution to mission and ROA and work with team to incorporate any future strategies and process improvements
Coach staff to help organization live its core values in all it does
Assist in recruiting and hiring where and if necessary
Research other Habitats or organizations to help implement best practices
Ensure business plans and dashboards/measurements are aligned and functional


Encore Fellow Organizational Development: Key Skills Requirements

The Encore Fellow will have led other organizations or businesses through change and growth with a focus on maintaining a healthy culture.

Key skills requirements include:

Successful track record (25 years+) in Organization Development or Leadership
Experience in implementing strategic and organizational plans
Excellent communication skills
Team leadership with a focus on coaching and mentoring
A creative mindset and ability to generate new ideas
Accustomed to prioritizing, executing, and achieving results in lean environments; always ready to engage and lend a hand where needed
Thrives in a collaborative environment
A belief in the mission of Habitat for Humanity
