Position Title: Database Administrator-4
Location: Alpharetta, GA

Strong experience in Database Administration in SQL Server ( 2008 preferred )
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log shipping issues, connectivity issues, security issues etc.
Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Ability to detect and troubleshoot SQL Server related CPU, memory, I/O, disk space and other resource contention.
Strong knowledge of backups, restores, recovery models, database shrink operations, DBCC commands, Clustering, Database mirroring, Replication.
Expert experience in implementing operational automation.
Strong knowledge of how indexes, index management, integrity checks, configuration, patching. How statistics work, how indexes are stored, how they can be created and managed effectively.
Knowledge of SQL Server tools
SQL Development – ability to write and troubleshoot SQL Code and design ( stored procs, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints )
Documentation skills for processes and procedures
SQL Database Operational support for a larger team environment and support activities in SaaS environment
Responsible for providing trend analysis to management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management
Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout and upgrades

Minimum Requirements:
In depth SQL Server Database Administration experience
Strong understanding of relational database design and performance
Strength in production support tasks, debugging/supporting code issues
Strong SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Report Analysis and T-SQL procedure development experience is required
Experience of managing multiple MS SQL Server (2008 preferred) RDBMS on large systems
Experience with source control is a plus. (Team Foundation Server 2008 or above)
Experience Practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability service
Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Understanding of full life-cycle methodology for commercial software products.
Familiar with Agile work environment

Education
4 year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in database development and support in MS SQL Server environments

Senior Business Objects/ Crystal Reports Developer
6-12 months contract

Install, configure Business objects as well as create reports.
Customizing the web-tier, setting up LDAP authentication
Should be able to build a BO server from scratch
He/she would work directly with customers and translate requirements clearly.
Gathering, Data Analysis, Design, Development, Enhancement and Maintenance.

Experienced in Crystal Reports / Crystal Enterprise 9.0/10.0, XI, 2008
Experience in designing, building and updating Universes and generating OLAP reports using Business Objects Web Intelligence, Desktop Intelligence and development of Data warehousing solutions using Informatica power center
Comprehensive experience in gathering and analyzing the requirements from end-users and user training.
Experienced in handling reporting requirements from large OLTP as well as OLAP databases.
Does not need to be an expert, but should be able to take existing Cold Fusion applications and enhance/modify them with relative ease

Strong communication skills required and be a adaptable team player

The Web Designer will be a key individual contributor within the marketing team, reporting to the Sr. Director, Internet Marketing. He / She will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Development and Products. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to translate marketing concepts into a compelling web site. This person must work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive projects.

Duties / Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall web site design, look and feel and associated style guides.
- Prepare wireframes, mockups, web page templates, interactive media and other graphical elements.
- Define standards for user interface, user experience, and web design within Egnyte.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, analysis, and monitoring.
- Analyze web analytics data to continuously improve the web site.
- Conduct usability tests to ensure the web site provides a positive user experience.
- Ensure web site is optimized for search engines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in designing B2B, B2C sites that generate leads and sell products online.
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, HTML, xHTML, CSS essential. Ability to handcode xHTML required (no WYSIWYG)
- Should be comfortable integrating Javascript and jQuery into web pages
- Experience with content management systems, mobile web site design & search engine optimization is a plus.

Applications Engineer/Customer Support

Will act as liasion between Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales. Must have experience in
dealing with customer technical issues including providing technical support to our customer
base, support to both engineering and manufacturing organizations. Will also be required to
provide technical assistance on product inquiries and prepare quotes. Position reports to our Engineering organization.

Position requires BSEE (MSEE preferred) plus 2-4 years applicable experience. May also involve travel to customer sites from time to time and may participate in technical trade shows.

Experience in Imaging arena required. Familiarity with Solid State Camera Systems, Image Sensors and/or Digital Radiography is highly desirable. Must be able to multi-task, enjoy being hands-on and comfortable in being part of a small, highly skilled technical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has the technical expertise but enjoys interfacing with customers and potential customers.

Job Description:

Techworkers is looking for a very experienced PM to manage the selection and implementation of an Event Management tool for our client´s University Connection team.

Candidate should be able to:

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Work independently to drive forward assigned project(s)
· Quickly ramp up on business processes
· Manage definition of project scope
· Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the project and business that account for interdependencies, user adoption, optimal resource allocation and risk management
· Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
· Manage implementation costs
· Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
· Manage project escalations
· Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
· Effectively apply our project methodology and enforces project standards

· Minimize our exposure and risk on project by identifying risks and defining risk mitigation plans
· Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
· Represent the project through the PMO governance process (PLC gates)

· Ability to work with people of all levels of Staffing, IT, University Connection, and other cross-functional organizations to drive the project
· Experience with Microsoft Project, and other Office tools including Visio is required
· Demonstrated project management knowledge and expertise; developing and implementing system solutions.
· Demonstrated technical aptitude to co-develop technology solutions to meet business requirements
· Experience in working for a multi-national or global company; having cultural awareness and sensitivity
· Strong influencing and written/oral communication ability
· Experience with staffing and experience with university hiring process strongly desired.

Must have software implementation experience.

Windows System Application Developer

Our client is looking for an experienced Windows developer to build an application for use with both Windows 7 and Windows 2008.

Job Description:

- Design a Windows program to provide a user-interface to optimize and customize a Windows server running video management software applications.

- Program need to be installable and un-installable by user. On installation, it will perform changes to Windows registry, related to various networking, storage and system setting. Undo changes on un-installation.

- Once installed, the program will run as a service, and will allow user to:
- Display and change Windows parameters such as IP addresses, time, date, timezone
- Display key system information such as CPU and memory, etc.
- Provide interaction with an SAS HBA to expose basic storage RAID management tasks
- Provide interaction with system software to expose environmental information such as board temperature and fan speed
- Provide a simple form based user interface (Web browser or client application based TBD) for user interaction to access the functions provided by the server.

Other program feature enhancements:

- Parse Windows events to provide summary, save and export events logs
- Launch other monitoring programs such as Wireshark for system diagnostic
- Provide interface to call API functions provided by video management software to invoke their functions
- Debug and test the software to full functionality
- Program should work on Windows 7 and Windows 2008

Qualifications/Requirements

- BSCS, MSCS preferred
- Development in Visual Basic and/or C++
- Hardware system, networking and storage knowledge
- First version completion in 4-6 weeks, with enhancement phase in another 4-6 weeks.
