Responsibilities:
Project Manage different project tracks for Identity Management / Directory Services projects. This position will report to a Senior Project Manager.
Required Skills:
•5+ years of information technology project management experience
•1+ year of Identity Management Experience or Directory Services (SSO, Security, etc.)
•Drive quality software solutions on schedule and to specification
•Experience in managing projects across organizational boundaries
•2+ years of experience in writing software product specification
•Ability to consistently deliver project plans, specifications, and project updates
•Ability to plan and manage the execution of multiple concurrent projects of different size and complexity
•Ability to interface with business teams and produce product specification from business requirements
•Ability to quickly identify risks and issues, and formulate solutions
•Problem solver mindset
•Bachelor´s degree in computer science or equivalent is desired
Highly desired:
•3+ years of Product Management experience
•Familiarity with Java, SOA, J2EE, Object Oriented Design

[KITlist-Tech] File - Subscription Tips to Post, Subscribe, Unsubscribe

I've compiled a few "tips and tricks" on using the KITlist-Tech group with the hopes that this information will eliminate direct mail to the moderators with these questions. Please read through these instructions.
The best way to use Yahoo groups is via the Yahoo groups website. By doing so, this allows you to change your email preferences from individual emails, to daily digest, to no email at all. Here's how:
Go to:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/KITlist-Tech/
If you're not already a member, you'll join here. This allows you to then edit your membership and indicate your email preferences. Also, you can read all job postings via the website, respond directly to posts without having to decipher a cut-off email address, and peruse archived messages.
Of course, you can also subscribe by sending an email to:
KITlist-Tech-subscribe@yahoogroups.com
And you can unsubscribe by sending an email from the address you subscribed with to:
KITlist-Tech-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com

[KITlist-Tech] File - Spread the word and tips to manage KIT Email Volume
Hello Everyone,
In these wild economic times, it's the power of all of us pulling together that will help everyone land great jobs!
Please be sure to tell employers and recruiters about the KIT List so we can uncover more jobs to get everyone back to work (or into new jobs) faster.
Also, since we can't reach everyone who has been hit by layoffs or who are seeking better opportunities, we rely on word-of-mouth of friends helping friends and telling job seekers about the KIT List. We now have 58,000 members. It's because of the incredible people on the KIT List that we keep this community going!
This is the monthly reminder to let you know that if the volume of KIT emails is getting too much for your system, here are three options to help you manage them:
1. Direct all KIT emails to a special folder:
Some email systems allow you to create separate folders within your in-box. Create a KIT List folder and then create an email filter that will direct any emails with the word "KIT" in the subject line into that folder.
2. Have your emails grouped into one (or more) KIT email per day:
You can choose "Daily Digest" on your YahooGroups email preferences so that instead of getting individual emails. About twenty individual emails are then combined into one. Depending on the email volume for the day, you may receive more than one digest email.
Go to the KIT List home page on Yahoo Groups at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/KITlist-Tech/
Go to the "Edit Membership" link near the top of the page right above the blue bar saying "Sue Connelly's Keep In Touch List." Under Step 2, choose "Daily Digest" in the "Message Delivery" section. Hit the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page, and you should be all set.
3. Stop all KIT emails and view jobs via the Web:
Go to the KIT List home page on Yahoo Groups at:

Go to the "Edit Membership" link near the top of the page right above the blue bar saying "Sue Connelly's Keep In Touch List." Then go under "Message Delivery" and choose "Special Notices." * Designing board and system level electronics (PCB) with analog, digital and mixed signal components
* Working with the entire development cycle; including product definition, prototyping and production
* Lead hardware project development on new technologies for commercial applications
* Collaborates in a dynamic lab environment with physicists, PCB layout engineers, software developers, and technicians
Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
* BSEE or BS in related field
* Minimum 8 years related work experience
* Commercial and enterprise system design experience
* Able to mentor more junior members of the team, provide accurate input for project estimation
* Electrical design skills with FPGA´s, Microcontrollers, Analog Circuits and Data Converters, expert at board and system level debug and test
* Expert at using common lab equipment including digital oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DVM, etc.

* Strong written and verbal skills

As a reminder, if you don't wish to receive KIT List emails, you can either change your settings to stop the emails, but which will still allow you to view the job postings via the web...or you can unsubscribe from the group entirely.

Contract: 3+months (renewed quarterly)
Job Duties:
-They are not interested in storage PMs or a PM role
-Technical Evaluation and Design
- Understand Business Context of requirements to evaluate -technology and solutions
- Provide technical input to requirements
- Provide technical analysis and recommendations (e.g. feasibility / impact / technical risk)
- Develop/contribute to Technical Project Plan
- Create / Contribute to design (e.g. high or low level; overall system; data flow / model, ERD, UI / wireframe; exception handling; pseudo code; API specifications)
- Conduct or participate in design Reviews
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of comprehensive SAN and NAS storage environments specifically including EMC VMAX, EMC VNX, Netapp SAN, Netapp NAS
- Design storage services addressing enterprise wide business needs.
- Senior level experience and leadership skills
- Strategizing technology and service implementation.
-Develops processes and procedures and clear comprehensive documentation.

Job Description:
-We are looking for candidates who excel in a fast paced start-up like environment
- Proficient programming in at least one scripting language (TCL, Perl, Python, etc.).
-Find bugs, defects, and regressions.Design, implement, execute and debug information technology test cases and scripts.Validate and document completion of testing and development. Automate test cases.Verify fixes.
-You will be part of an experienced team working on a next generation products. Work involves providing crucial feedback to hardware and software teams for improvements.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 8+ in server and operating system testing, test methodology, test development and test execution and report generation is required.
- Familiar with product development cycle.
-Willing to take on technical challenge and independent problem solver.
-Work with team to drive product development.
-Great understanding of enterprise storage and server products.
- Familiar with version control software. Maintain scripts for any releases of software product, run regression, and debug scripts.
- Networking or storage management software test experience is a plus.
Personal Characteristics:
-Quick learner and highly self-motivated.
-Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage priority tasks.
-Good team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others. Be proactive! -Independent, accountable, strong sense of ownership.
-BSCS or MSCS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or other relevant field.
