Job Title PHP / MySQL Devleoper
Duties • Configuration of web sites using Internet Information Services
• MySQL database administration, such as backup/restore, table and column management, and so on • MySQL database scripting • Modification of existing PHP-based website to add and remove fields from forms and to make associated database changes • Familiarity with JavaScript to implement commonly used website features, such as a calendar-based date picker • Modification of PHP to database calls to ensure proper coding and decoding of user submitted content (e.g., to prevent cross-site scripting, SQL injection, handle special characters correctly, etc.)
Skills • A developer with Familiarity with Microsoft Windows OS and IIS Intermediate-level PHP / MySQL Programmer.
• Intermediate working knowledge of PHP, MySQL databases, HTML, javascript, CSS.
• Has built or supported a web application running on a Windows server (familiarity with IIS, etc.) • Ability to work independently and engage project manager as needed. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and recommended solutions.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
