Oracle HRMS BSA (Business Systems Analyst) Techno-functional. The consultant has to be more technical than functional
• 7 – 10 years experience in IT deployment with emphasis on Human Capital Management
• Familiar with Oracle Core HR, Performance Management, Compensation Workbench and Interface to Payroll systems
• Ability to deal with multiple levels of management including senior executives
• Experience dealing cross culturally and sensitivity to the challenges of working in a variety of cultures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
