Title: Technical Trainer/Instructional Designer

We have a need for a contract consultant in the area of instructional design/training. It would be for our contract management solution. There would be some travel involved to customer sites but most of the subject matter experts would be in our Malvern, PA. location. The following are some high level requirements for your consideration:
Instructional design/development
• Demonstrated instructional design and course development skills
• Ability to work effectively/efficiently with product subject matter experts (SMEs) and independently explore the Contract Software product to define the instructional flow and content
• Ability to develop training objectives and measure learners' attainment of objectives
• Use course-development tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe FrameMaker to develop course materials
• Ability to create an interactive and engaging training experience
• Ability to size and scope the instructional development effort
• Ability to define and meet instructional design/development development deadlines
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
Training delivery
• Ability to engage the adult learner by encouraging discussion and group interactivity
• Ability to vary teaching method. Include methods such as case studies, metaphors, group
collaboration, individual exercises, and questions, as appropriate.
• Ability to deliver materials in a virtual or on-site classroom environment
• Ability to use web conferencing tools such as Live Meeting or Webex to engage members of a virtual classroom
• Effectively use PowerPoint and the Contract Symphony product to teach product concepts and workflow
• Effectively assimilate and teach Contract Symphony and contract management concepts and workflow
• Demonstrated presentation and platform skills
• Ability to measure the effectiveness of the training program
