Job Description
The CRM Software Development Lead will be responsible for delivering on my client´s Sunshine Online promise through innovative software solutions that ensure my client continues to lead the Solar industry in technology and channel innovation. This position reports to the VP of Technology and Products.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers in building the Solar CRM platform
Code, test, and configure both internal and external software applications
Be an integral part of the build / buy decisions for major software components, including CRM, ERP, and BPM systems
Contribute to the software and web technology strategy of the company
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience working PHP and CRM. 1+ year as a Lead.
Intimate knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This is a hands-on coding role, so recent development experience is a must.
Deep CRM domain knowledge and hands-on experience building, configuring, and customizing CRM systems. SugarCRM experience is preferred, but not required.
Experience in OOP, SOA, and BPM
Experience with Agile development processes, continuous integration and deployment
Experience with Cloud deployment and operations is a plus
Experience leading distributed technical teams is a plus
Startup company experience preferred
