Responsibilities:
Chip implementation service management. Work closely with customer on spec sign-off, project planning, project review and project sign-off.
Requirements:
M.S. in EE or CS or above with 10 to 15 years experience in ASIC service. Familiar with all phases of ASIC design: digital design RTL or spec sign-off, frontend logic synthesis spec requirement, timing budgeting, power planning, placement and routing definition, define testing plan and test method, & tapeout and production debugging and ramping. Proven record of ASIC production. Service driven mindset is critical. Capable of negotiating and signing off frontend and backend design specs with customer. Wiling to take tapeout pressure and meet the timeline. Capable of coordinating large scope service project with multiple parties.
