Job Title Data Analyst
Loc:- Pleasanton CA
Rate:- DOE on W2 (including Medical and basic Insurance)
Duration:- 6 months
Duties
This candidate needs to be highly skilled in Excel and be able to troubleshoot in Excel.
Additionally, this candidate needs to be very detailed and organized since they will be primarily gathering, analyzing and reporting data.
This person will also assist in updating records and database information as needed; provide administrative and clerical assistance to the organization; create or prepare reports, presentations, departmental documents, correspondence and memorandums using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Filemaker Pro, Business Objects, SAP and other computer applications.
Since this candidate will be working closely with members of the organization, they must have excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing timely and high quality results.
Skills
Strong PC skills required with experience in Microsoft Excel using pivot tables and lookups, FM Pro, Business Objects or SAP a plus.
Ideally, the candidate will have demonstrated an ability to troubleshoot reporting issues in Excel and other programs a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to compose correspondence and e-mail; ability to proof/edit documents.
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to provide timely, high quality results, be able to interact with global quality assurance and manufacturing organizations.
Able to work under general supervision.
Education
As long as the candidate has the experience--a minimum of HS or Bachelor degree.
