POSITION – PROGRAM MANAGER
LOCATION – SAN JOSE, CA
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +

Job Description –
• Enhancing Operational efficiencies and Data Analysis
• Communication across multiple business units
• Business analysis/trouble shooting details around finance reports
• Support drive of sales programs
Requirements –
• Strong analytical and communication skills to provide business insight
• Process oriented and have the ability to learn the process as well as redesign them where opportunities for improvement exists
• Interested in increasing productivity and driving process improvement
• Experience in operations, marketing, sales and reporting
• Project management: organization, scheduling, planning skills
Technical Skills Required –
• Reporting Tools – Business Objects 6.5
• Spreadsheet Tools – MS Excel skills (expert)
• Database Tools – MS Access / SQL Server (helpful)
Education –
• BS degree and 6 years of related experience
