Apple´s App Store is the world´s largest and most innovative software store, serving tens of millions of iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad customers. The App Store team is seeking a talented and seasoned individual to manage its business categories for the App Store and the Mac App Store. The candidate will be the primary person responsible for creating and executing business and sales strategies to drive growth for business categories on the App Store and Mac App Store, working closely with developers, as well as cross-functionally with Apple's Worldwide Developer Relations, Worldwide Product Marketing, App Store and Apple Marketing teams in the U.S. and abroad. These business categories include Business, Finance, Medical, Productivity, Reference and Utilities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the enterprise mobile applications industry, with an emphasis on mobile, PC/Mac and digital distribution platforms.
· Minimum 5-7 years experience leading enterprise product marketing or business development, with minimum 3 years experience in digital distribution/online business.
· Knowledge of relevant wireless, mobile, social, PC/Mac and console technologies pertinent to enterprise industries.
· Strong understanding of business and consumer needs.
· Solid track record of successful negotiation, working with many groups to achieve goals.
· Proven success with developing and delivering presentations presentation which demonstrated a measurable ROI
· Strong project management skills and fluency with Excel and Keynote.
· Outstanding communication and time-management skills; and a demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
· Results oriented, focused and driven to succeed.
