A Company is looking for UX Account Manager to be responsible for account growth, upgrades
and renewals. In addition this position handle client trainings, satisfaction and responsible for planning,
directing and coordinating the contracted operations of assigned accounts.
The company is an international user experience research company, specializing in
unmoderated remote user testing and customer experience management. They license their own cuttingedge technology to enable UX Professions to perform sophisticated research.
Brands such as IBM, Sprint, Google, Continental Airlines, PayPal, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Coca Cola all have licenses with the company.
Candidate profile, requirements and responsibilities:
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in a Sr. UX related role
• Some sales experience, ideally working in a consulting environment
• Must be people oriented
• Previous experience working with external customers
• Previous experience in a large organization
• Must have project management and organizational skills
• Some technical skills to include a high level understanding of websites, HTML, Flash, and
Javascript
• Knowledge and experience with software applications, web applications, and web sites
• Ability to work in a face paced environment efficiently and effectively
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Can work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to come up to speed quickly on products and new technologies
• Cross-cultural communication and social interaction skill are a must
• Can work well in cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Product Managers, and UI
Designers
Detailed role:
The Account Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the contracted operations
of assigned accounts.
_ Monitors daily operations to ensure contract requirements are met, keep abreast of major
situations affecting service to the customer and ensure all aspects of customer satisfaction.
_ Responsible for ensuring renewals, upgrades, and generating and seeking additional business
opportunities to include within accounts for growth and additional business in other
departments.
_ Manage the assigned accounts to achieve required business results.
_ Converting POC accounts to annual license subscriptions.
_ Managing to the subscription: SLAs and KPI´s (Key Performance Indicators)· Employee &
Customer Satisfaction· Customer Retention· Account Profitability· Customer Relationship
Management (CRM)
_ Oversee the delivery of license and training, as well as, the customers' satisfaction with the
license for assigned customers.
_ Responsible for the account growth, upgrades and renewals.

Educational Requirements
* Bachelors or Masters in HCI or related field
