Project Support Analyst / Manager needed for long term project at Client Company. (Client is stable, public)

A newly established project involving Online Communities is growing and needs to be optimized and leveraged to the fullest. Looking for a community project support person which works under the guidance of a project lead.

Expected Attributes:

* Proactive- Takes the initiative and delivers high quality.

* Flexible- Understands sense of urgency associated with time dependent tasks, adapts to a culturally diverse environment/personalities, global group has early morning and occasional evening meetings.

* Able to build relationships- Represents positively on behalf of the project lead, work with confidential information, loyalty, build trust/alignment

* Reliable- Meets all commitments on time or early.

* Critical thinker

* Communicator

* Persistence

* Detail oriented

Project Support Focus Areas:

1) Own Administrative rights for efficiently structuring the existing community, consulting on new team pages, and features, creating the *easy to use* user perception,

2) Governance, monitoring forums, metrics, provisioning oversight;

3) Own Training/Awareness/Tips and forward movement on Metrics for adoption/collaboration;

4) Work with appropriate IT groups to successfully implement stakeholder requirements

5) Derive business value cases from stakeholder use of community, and investment cases

6) Identify and use best practices from social networking, and other communities to optimize results;

7) Create communication plan, write communications, and prepare ppt for management

8) Other project support as required.


Project Support Skills:

Client and Select Documentation:

(e.g. keep up to date meeting schedules, agendas, minutes, efficient and organized calendars, managed and prioritized communications, project plans, action item logs, change management plans)

Provide Administrative/Communications Support:

(e.g. own administrator rights for community, coordinates calendars for meeting arrangements, supports meetings logistics and communications, regular status meetings with manager, creates and executes effective communication plans for management that achieve desired results)

Reporting/System Support:

Gain familiarity with Company´ support tools and systems to produce Excel based reports, web based reports, quarterly status reports, VBA highly desired for reporting.

Tools/Other Knowledge:

Online Social Tools / Media

MS Office Suite experience: Advanced ppt skills

HTML

Dreamweaver experience


Desired Experience:

Knowledgeable with Social Media, Tools, etc

Experienced in a Fast Paced, Ambiguous (at times) environment,

Experienced in Marketing, Sales, or field support Organizations or Operations

PMP certification or equivalent project education/experience

8+ years Experience
5+ years in Program / Project Management
3+ years in Change Management
