Job Description:
• Reporting directly to the Director of R&D
• Working with the Manager of Professional Services and Director of R & D to:
o Provide cost and time estimates for custom programming as requested by customers
o Collaborate with the Manager of Professional Services, who is the liaison between the customer and the Software Application Programmer, to brainstorm various options or approaches to deliver the solution to the customer
• Create or modifying the program after reviewing the specifications provided by the Manager of Professional Services
• Initial testing of solution
• Document as appropriate using existing Expandable Software tools
Job requirements
• 5+ years of Delphi programming experience
• Excellent written and spoken communication Skills
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Highly proficient in English
• MS SQL experience
The below are not a requirements, but are highly desirable as we are migrating certain programs from Delphi
• .Net C# programming experience
• WPF programming experience
