Job Description:
- As an IT Project Manager you will be a part of a team of professionals who plan, manage and deliver projects to meet defined deliverables, processes, and tools.
- As part of the IT function projects address the development, documentation, creation of performance metrics, debugging, deployment, and support of IT systems globally.
- The IT Project Managers will operate in a cross-functional role and will require specific expertise in IT Service Management processes (Incident Management, Problem Management etc.), ITIL and the Service-Now.com platform.
- Project management, strong communication, and excellent technical skills are required for success in this role.
- Looking for an experience IT Project Manager to help implement a Service-Now project.
- Experience with Project Management methodologies (PMP, Prince2) required as well as knoweldge and experience with ITIL and IT Service Management processes.

- Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Risk Management, Communication Management, ITIL, SaaS.
