As a reminder, if you don't wish to receive KIT List emails, you can either change your settings to stop the emails, but which will still allow you to view the job postings via the web...or you can unsubscribe from the group entirely.
1. To stop emails, but remain on the KIT List to view jobs on the web:
Go to the KIT List home page on Yahoo Groups at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/KITlist-Tech
Go to the "Edit Membership" link near the top of the page right above the blue bar saying "Sue Connelly's Keep In Touch List." Then go under "Message Delivery" and choose "Special Notices." Be sure to choose "Special Notices" since we do occasionally send out important messages from the moderators. Then hit the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.
2. If you'd like to opt out of the KIT List, just simply send an email (from the email address you wish to remove) to:
KITlist-Tech-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com
This can take 24 hours or so to kick in. If you're still not unsubscribed after a day, then email us at KITlist-Tech-owner@yahoogroups.com and we'll help.
If you joined via the groups website, then you simply need to go here:
http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups
And then select "edit my groups." Go to the right side of the page and check the box saying "Leave Group" and then hit the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.

Channel Impact is looking to add a San Francisco Bay Area based, Field Marketing Manager to our team. In this role, you will be working with our client to develop Field Marketing in the West region. This is a 6 month long project that will run form June 15-December 15th.

What You Will Be Doing:
-Build the strategy thru to execution of the Region Marketing Plan. You are the CMO of your territory, responsible for marketing and channel marketing pipeline contribution to the region.
-Partner with the Regional Sales Director, Area Sales Manager and Channel Account Managers to develop and implement regional marketing business plans, including the allocation of marketing development funds (MDF) with achievable ROI and pipeline impact.
-Manage and assess marketing performance.
-Work closely with Sales and Channels teams to drive accountability in marketing related programs.
Manage and assess partner-initiated events and recommend strategy for participation.
-Leverage the corporate campaigns and implement them in your marketing activities.
-Drive partner adoption and utilization of the clients marketing campaigns, promotions and tools
Plan and execute marketing programs and activities with channel partners, including joint webcasts, seminars/conferences, website co-marketing, and email campaigns.
What You Bring To The Team:
-Strong Field and Channel Marketing expertise.
Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 10+ years related experience.
-Thorough marketing or channel sales background with responsibilities for multiple, multi-touch marketing initiatives.
-Strong written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.
-Excellent project management, negotiation and decision-making skills.
-Understanding of pipeline management.
-Experience working with a sales team.

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Multimedia project Manager for a technology partner located in Sunnyvale, CA. This role will project manage mid-level events and/or integrated marketing video projects from beginning to end of the creative development process. This contract role is part of the Brand Audience Marketing team, responsible for coordinating and project managing various stages of multi-media production in support of marketing and events program initiatives.
This position will work closely with a wide range of marketing and events stakeholders including Content Development, Integrated Marketing, Digital and Video Editors in managing all videos projects from end to end and ensuring that every video published meets brand standards content delivery timelines.
Responsibilities:
* Interface with internal clients to understand and interpret creative requests.
* Update and report on status of cross functional project(s) with digital, events, product, brand, social and other business groups while providing creative expertise.
* Ability to interact with different personalities and stakeholders in order to get thing done on time.
* Support and maintain video production calendar creation, task management, and data entry.
* Manage video project workflow from end to end.
* Participate in all creative discovery meetings for development of creative brief documentation and project timelines
* Documents job specifications, establishes project plan, schedule project meetings, monitors timelines and reports progress.
* Establish and communicate project plan, production priorities, scheduling, CMS documentation, status updates for management.
* Effectively prioritize project tasks, and deadlines.
* Problem solve and drive issue resolution among clients and platforms.
* Apply learnings to create efficiencies and optimize creative.
* Organize, catalog, store maintain footage, images, b-roll, and music libraries.
* Extreme attention to detail and very organized.
* Ability to stay focused on the big picture and prioritize based on constant changes.
* Ability to work independently, but take direction well.
* Ability to manage and excel at having multiple deadlines.
* Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
* Minimum 2-3 years progressive experience working in video production
* Minimum 2-3 years agency experience, project management experience
* Experience in hi-tech industry preferred
* Understanding of metrics, working within budget
* Experience in Brightcove and Google analytics preferred
* Experience with Google docs and Microsoft Office suite of programs
* Knowledge of basic video production and tools/programs
* Knowledgeable and up to date with the latest digital workflows

* Strong tactical execution skills.
* Experience with metadata
* Traditional post production background a plus

I've compiled a few "tips and tricks" on using the KITlist-Tech group with the hopes that this information will eliminate direct mail to the moderators with these questions. Please read through these instructions.
The best way to use Yahoo groups is via the Yahoo groups website. By doing so, this allows you to change your email preferences from individual emails, to daily digest, to no email at all. Here's how:
Go to:

If you're not already a member, you'll join here. This allows you to then edit your membership and indicate your email preferences. Also, you can read all job postings via the website, respond directly to posts without having to decipher a cut-off email address, and peruse archived messages.
Of course, you can also subscribe by sending an email to:

And you can unsubscribe by sending an email from the address you subscribed with to:

KIT LIST TIPS:
This is the monthly reminder to let you know that if the volume of KIT emails is getting too much for your system, here are three options to help you manage them:
1. Direct all KIT emails to a special folder:
Some email systems allow you to create separate folders within your in-box. Create a KIT List folder and then create an email filter that will direct any emails with the word "KIT" in the subject line into that folder.
2. Have your emails grouped into one (or more) KIT email per day:
You can choose "Daily Digest" on your YahooGroups email preferences so that instead of getting individual emails. About twenty individual emails are then combined into one. Depending on the email volume for the day, you may receive more than one digest email.

Sr. Business Analyst (UAT lead) needed for a long term direct client project. Client is Fortune 500, stable and growing.

We are looking for experienced Business Analyst (UAT lead) professional with a focus on business UAT to join an eCommerce team. You will be part of the team to transform systems and processes that empower eCommerce teams to bring the latest products and content to several Platforms.
Understanding the principles of eCommerce, and content management systems is a Must. You have a knack for understanding tools from a user perspective. You are able to build up your business domain knowledge in eCommerce domain quickly and translate them into testable scenarios, test cases and scripts. You coordinate and lead UAT planning and execution across platforms and cross- functional teams.
Required Skills:
• 8+ years of hands-on experience working in large-scale, global content and product catalog management environments with in-depth industry knowledge on product catalog and product information management systems
• Proven successful experience in leading UAT including end to end testing and production validation across platforms and cross-functional teams to ensure system implementations are in compliance with business requirements. You will be accountable for
- User acceptance testing strategy, processes, entry/exit criteria
- User acceptance test planning including resource and schedules in consideration of inter-dependencies and risks
- Test analysis and design, test cases, test scripts preparation and seamless execution
- Issue triage and prioritization
- UAT status report and communication to stake holders effectively
• Proactively look for continuous improvement opportunities with the test methodology and best practices to support User Acceptance Testing
• Strong business analysis and problem solving skill with root cause analysis is a must in order to triage, troubleshoot, categorize and prioritize UAT issues, and influence teams with data analysis to support their decisions
• Strong project management skill in planning and managing test schedules, test resources and risk control across our partners during all test phases
• Is self-motivated to take initiatives and thrive in an ambiguous work environment
• Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure with a high degree of flexibility
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills across global audiences that include engineering, Content Development, Digital Content Management, Product Management and other partners
• Experience in both Agile methodologies and implementation models

You will partner with business community and system leads to understand business scenarios and define testing framework for our catalog management tools and processes multiple platforms and systems. You will lead the effort in user acceptance test across functions teams. You will be driving application tests, integration tests and end to end tests from planning, design and analysis to execution and communication.
This involves:
• Defining best-in-class testing framework and strategies to ensure that end to end systems and processes are to support the business goals and meet their requirements
• Developing test plans and approaches that promote scalability, smart production practices, and intuitive tools UI
• Identifying UAT dependencies (environment, data etc.) and defining test scenarios, test cases and test scripts
• Leading UAT execution with functional teams including coordinating resources, tracking and communicating progress, troubleshooting an prioritizing UAT issues, obtaining UAT sign offs from key business stakeholders
• Effectively articulating UAT issues to the technology teams, translating use cases into user stories and influencing engineering solution development with your in-depth analysis
• Ad part of the UAT, managing business team adoption of these tools and processes through readiness planning, documentation, training, and support
