Java developer needed for long term consulting project work at OTM for Fortune 500 Client Company. *Due to the nature of the interview process, local candidates with local experience preferred.
Description
OTM is seeking a Java Developer with a strong technical understanding of the eCommerce platform ecosystem especially in the online ordering domain (price, taxation, order management, payments, security, etc).
Responsibilities:
Work closely with engineering team members and interacting with product, design, content, QA groups to lead and deliver world class engineering products. Your work will focus on building high throughput, high performance, reliable, checkout & payment platforms that support large scale eCommerce initiatives. Working with latest SOA frameworks and tools in Java.
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience with Core Java, J2EE
3+ years of experience with Spring, JPA, Hibernate, Docker, MicroService/SOA, Web technologies/MVC, jUnit, Oracle, noSQL (Cassandra, Couchbase, Memcache), Reactive programming, Queues, knowledge of JS, JSON, XML, Splunk
Nice to have a MS Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
