Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in non-profit organizations, for those typically 50+ and considering retirement, with 20+ years experience, who wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act. Fellowships include a $25,000 stipend for 1000 hours of work, education on the sector, and networking with a cohort of peers.

Fellowship: Executive Director,- Onsite, Menlo Park, 20 hours/week for a year

Small nonprofit looking for Executive Director to lead the organization in a manner that supports and guides the organization's mission and vision to provide a place where family and children can strengthen their bond with one another through immersion in Chinese Culture and Chinese literacy. This new nonprofit is looking for an experienced director who can jump start programs, and integrate staff and students alike into appropriate organization-wide culture, activities and operations.

Work Location: Mostly onsite in Menlo Park.
Stipend: $25K for 1000 hours
Work schedule: 20 hours/week for 12 months
