Design and operate incentive and reward programs that are a competitive advantage for partners while delivering intended ROI.
Support the Partner team with programmatic resources to ensure adequate execution and incentive participation, including reporting, incentive overviews, guidelines, terms and conditions, and enablement materials.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including finance, field operations, channel, legal, compliance, and program leadership in the execution of partner incentives.
Work with the Pricing and Packaging team on partner promotions offerings and pricing.
Own and report on partner performance during quarterly business reviews.
Special projects as needed, in support of the Global Partner Program and Experience team.
You're a great fit if you have:
Minimum 5 years' work experience in SAAS company, preferably working with Partner Programs, Solution Providers (resellers), Distributor Partners, etc. across multiple geographies.
Strong experience modeling incentives and driving adoption via partners.
Organized, detailed oriented and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
Experience drafting content, writing, and editing.
Outstanding verbal communication skills and detailed project management skills.

Interest in understanding the Identity landscape.

Encore Fellowships match seasoned business professionals, who are US citizens, typically age 50+, with 20+ years experience in their field, and considering or in retirement, to positions in social impact organizations, for 1000 hour fellowships (usually part-time for a year).

Stipends are between $20-35K per year depending on geography.
1) Multiple Fellowships in Human Resources Management, 100% Remote: For San Francisco Bay Area nonprofits focused on the arts and summer programs for kids. You're a great fit if you have:
7+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise SaaS and/or are familiar with sales intelligence technologies, products and services
Demonstrated ability to execute cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product organizations
Proven track record in developing highly effective sales presentations and collateral
Experience driving a product launch end-to-end
Experience with public speaking
BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration
MBA preferred but not required
