Encore Fellowships match seasoned business professionals, who are US citizens, typically age 50+, with 20+ years experience in their field, and considering or in retirement, to positions in social impact organizations, for 1000 hour fellowships (usually part-time for a year).

Stipends are $25K per year depending on geography.

An Internal Communications Encore Fellow is needed by a Bay Area nonprofit to develop clear, concise notifications to employees including, but not limited to: COVID-19 notifications to employees and impacted groups, safety and/or security communications, general non-scheduled building closures. Additionally, establish processes and a body of templates for use regarding routine as well as special circumstance communications. Bay Area candidates are preferred but applicants anywhere in the US will be considered. Learn more at www.encore.org/fellowships
