Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize our client's marketing automation platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation and a deep understanding of Adobe Campaign. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Adobe Campaign programs, which include configuring and maintaining email and SMS campaigns, segmentation, and data integration with other systems.

What you'll be doing:

-- Design and implement email and SMS campaigns using Adobe Campaign
-- Configure and maintain segmentation for targeted marketing efforts
-- Integrate Adobe Campaign with other systems, such as CRM and web analytics platforms
-- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
-- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure successful campaign execution
-- Stay up to date with new features and best practices in marketing automation and Adobe Campaign
-- Manage and maintain the Adobe Campaign platform, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
-- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies and campaigns to drive business growth
-- Create and manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization rules to improve campaign performance
-- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
-- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and sales, to ensure successful campaign execution
-- Stay up-to-date on the latest features and best practices for Adobe Campaign and other marketing automation platforms

What we're looking for:

-- Strong experience with Adobe Campaign, including configuration and management of email and SMS campaigns
-- Experience with data integration and segmentation
-- Experience with web analytics platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technology
-- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
-- Strong communication and collaboration skills
-- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-- Strong understanding of best practices in email marketing, and experience with email deliverability and compliance
-- Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization
-- Proven track record of creating and optimizing successful marketing automation campaigns
-- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT and sales
-- Experience with other marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo and Pardot, is a plus
-- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
-- Adobe Campaign certification is a plus
