The successful candidate will have 4+ years experience in developing new features and maintaining existing code of a NMS application.
- Maintain and improve the existing code base for internally developed applications. This includes development of new features and new applications as well as fixing problems in the existing deployment
- Work with operations and engineering staff to establish needs and requirements for work that needs to be done
- Share on-call rotation
Required Job Skills:
- At least 4 years hands-on development experience building applications in Visual Studio, C++
- Demonstrated experience for at least 2 years in working in Windows environment.
- Demonstrated experience using HTML, Embedded Perl, RPC
- Must be self-directed, confident, able to work independently, and able to use best-practice development processes effectively
Highly Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Java
- Flex
- Installshield
Years of Direct Experience Required:
4 years
Areas of Direct Experience:
Visual Studio, C++, HTML, RPC
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor of Science, and ideally a Master´s degree in Computer Science
