Summary
Buxton Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst/Process Analyst for their prestigious client in San Jose. This individual will be in a high visibility position within the Ops PMO and will drive, manage, plan, organize, report, and identify/mitigate risk of all phases of project delivery in the portfolio.
Key Skills
• Energetic individual contributor
• Experience working within a PMO
• Infrastructure program/portfolio management experience
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint & dashboard reporting/metrics skills
• Excellent soft skills to work with various SiteOps engineering teams
• Strong analytical skills, coupled with Project Management skills.
• Ability to deliver reports to senior management in status meetings
• Understanding of resource planning/leveling, capacity planning and project prioritization
Responsibilities
• Define, implement, and govern the vetting of concepts, evaluation of opportunity assessments, analysis and approving concepts for execution in future project delivery cycles.
• Define, implement, and govern the prioritization process to assess new projects from various business units, request and assign resources, and align these requests against organizational strategy, customer urgency, capacity, resources, budgets and other prioritization criteria.
