We are seeking a seasoned (5+ years of experience) and strong Business System Analyst who has demonstrable experience with typical BA related artifacts such as Requirements, Process Models, and Testing/QA documentation. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to independently and successfully lead and/or facilitate discussions with key business and technical stakeholders. Some travel may be involved.
The candidate must have
* A strong background with requirements and process analysis for customer facing Portal solutions
* Demonstrated skills and experience with gap analysis, roadmaps, and planning
* Moderate and sufficient project management/coordination experience and skills – must demonstrate working knowledge of basic project management principles, controls, and artifacts
Candidates that possess one or more of the following will be given higher consideration:
* Some demonstrated Project Management experience and background
* Experience with Weblogic Portal
* Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite
* Familiarity with SCRUM
