We are looking for a User Experience Architect with a thirst for challenge, a passion for delighting our customers, and capable of crafting user experience design for FrontRange portfolio of products.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable challenging barriers and assumptions and also, be an advocate for our end users. You will be comfortable with a high-caliber team in a fast-paced, demanding working environment.
Responsibilities:
•Translate customer requirements and user task flows into highly usable interfaces and styles which result in improved user productivity and application experience
•Work with cross functional teams to determine product specifications, influence product strategy and direction and ensure consistency among features
•Create and maintain wire frames, prototypes and other design documents
•Develop expert-level knowledge of competitive and complementary products and bring new ideas to the team
Requirements:
•Excellent visual and UI design skills including creativity, interaction design and problem solving abilities
•An understanding of underlying technical concepts
•Proven track record and a passion for designing compelling, award-winning user interfaces
•Excellent presentation skills & and attention to detail
•Experience working with cross functional departments with global team experience is a plus
•Collaborative team player
•A great portfolio of work / samples of interaction design work is a must
•A degree in visual design, human factor and interaction design or equivalent relevant experience
•Expert in visual design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
•Prototyping skills using tools like Flash, Flex, Dreamweaver would be a plus
•4+ years experience creating first class user experiences for commercial software; User experience development for enterprise application software is strongly preferred
