Job Profile:
oLead for BAT/UAT Testing
oExcellent understanding of business processes and process mapping tools
oAbility to translate business requirements to test cases, clearly identify thegaps between as-is and to-be processes
oStrong understanding of QA process tools (Quality Center)and test scripts authoring details
oExcellent written skills and verbal skills for coordinating with business stakeholders, x-flows and end users.
oThought leader, result-oriented and rally the team to meet the targets. There will be offshore team authoring some test cases and executing so needs coordination.
oWill be needed to work at odd hours as there will be coordination needed across various time zones around the world during UAT testing (3 weeks)
oEnergetic and enthusiastic, ability to work in a dynamic environment.
oStrong liaison between business and IT
