Javascript Engineer
We are looking for a Javascript Engineer that can create dynamic interfaces and deliver an awesome user experience for our users. You will need to be highly skilled in Javascript, HTML, CSS and comfortable in a high paced startup environment.
Duties
Rapidly prototype, design, and implement new features
Implement innovative and clean user interfaces
Participate in group design and problem solving discussions
Stay relevant with related technologies and suggest innovative solutions
Requirements
Extensive experience building non-trivial web applications by hand
Expert Javascript programming and debugging skills
Experience working with and creating AJAX applications
Fluent in CSS, HTML, DHTML, and related technologies
Experience with Javascript frameworks (jQuery, GWT, YUI, etc)
Experience working with RESTful Web Services
Unix/Linux experience
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
Highly Desired
Experience developing Firefox browser add-ons/extensions
Familiarity with web transport protocols (HTTP/S, SSL)
Experience testing web applications (unit tests, Selenium, etc.)
Startup experience
