Job Title Principal IT Business Analyst

Duties
Develops use scenarios for solution�s that align with framework, business landscape and scope to ensure delivery of business outcomes for complex initiatives Partner with business in analyzing business processes and recommending improvements Contribute to the project business case and value proposition Develop business stakeholder relationship and independently manage expectations for requirements delivery Facilitates issue identification and gap analysis driving resolution with the appropriate parties conducting workshops and forums as needed Verify solution quoted meets the documented requirements, and that all of its requirements can be traced to elements in the solution design Manages test scenario development and UAT processes

Skills
Strong Analytical skills
Strong Written and Verbal communication skills Experience with creating Requirements documents for Outsource Delivery Partners to create SOW�s Project Management Training and Experience is a plus IT Experience a plus Domain expertise in Finance / Sales & Marketing / Enterprise Support / Infrastructure preferred

Education
Bachelor�s Degree
3-5 years business analysis, data analysis, system functional/non-functional analysis, business case development, project management or process management with business and IT Proficient with the use Data Flow or Use Case Modeling, Process Modeling tools Strong understanding of the project life cycle and/or project management skills preferred
