Position: Senior Developer – Oracle / SQL Server Unix Shell Scripting
Position type: FTE plus benefits
Work location: Modesto, CA
Interview process: Phone interview followed by an in-person meeting
Background check & Drug test: required, after the confirmation ......

Required Skills:
•Strong background in computer programming (Unix shell scripting), system development life cycle including testing, troubleshooting and implementation;
•strong knowledge and experience with SQL databases (such as Oracle, SQL Server);
•familiarity with Cobol, Sterling or other EDI mapping software.

Skills and Abilities:
•Excellent analytical, planning and organization/time management skills.
•Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to work with people from all departments in the company who have varying degrees of computer/technology knowledge.

Work Experience:
•Minimum of three years (3~5) related experience in programming and support of various software packages.
•Experience required in a multi-discipline project and troubleshooting environment.

Educational Requirement:
•Four-year degree (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience).

Other:
This position will be part of a rotating on-call team, providing around the clock support. Occasional travel required. Background screen required.
