Technical Writer, AI Platform (Palo Alto, CA)
We are looking for a Technical Writer for a part time contract role at a global high tech company that has developed an AI Platform. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating technical documentation, including user guides, "how to" guides, technical case studies, etc. Prior experience with AI solutions, cloud platforms, big data, or analytics solutions required.
This is a 20 to 30 hours per week, 3 month project (extensions possible). Must be available for onsite meetings at the client's offices in Palo Alto, CA. W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Understand the product in detail.
• Partner with engineering and product management to develop the technical documents.
• Create technical documents including user and troubleshooting guides, white papers, How-To-Guides, Technical case studies, etc.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of technical writing experience for AI solutions, cloud platforms, big data or analytical solutions.
• Knowledge of open source ecosystem
• Proven ability to create user guides, administration manuals, help documentation, etc.
• Strong ability to interface with engineers and product management teams.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn new solutions and technologies.
• Bachelors degree
