UX Web Designer (San Francisco, CA)
We are looking for an experienced UX Web Designer for a fast growing midsized B2B tech company. The UX Designer will work on the corporate website, campaign landing pages, microsites and other externally facing web properties.
The UX Web Designer should possess exceptional visual and user interface design skills and be able to distill complex and technical user challenges into clean, focused, understandable, user-centric solutions. Also, must have a strong analytical background to use data analysis to guide UX optimization decisions.
This is a 6 month contract to potential FTE role, 40 hours per week, in San Francisco, CA. This is a w2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Understand target audiences and personas. Understand high level solutions and marketing approaches.
• Develop, communicate, and implement a holistic user experience and associated UI framework for the company's website, mobile, and other channels.
• Produce detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user interface specifications in a rapid and iterative development environment.
• Identify optimal web click paths for target personas to drive the highest conversions.
• Apply a data driven approach to design, establish baseline metrics, success criteria and perform data analysis and testing to inform design/UX optimization efforts.
Requirements:
• 5+ years UX/Web Design experience designing user-centric, intuitive and engaging responsive websites.
• Experience with B2B high tech marketing , knowledge of technical target audiences.
• Must have online portfolio of past Web UX design projects/accomplishments.
• Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
