You'll be contributing to all levels of the stack: designing front-end user experience, implementing back-end APIs, and enhancing continuous deployment and system monitoring on AWS. You'll also be involved in all stages of the product development process: from conducting user interviews with teachers and administrators to educating our Partnerships and Success teams about new product features.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new or enhance existing features across the stack, from user interface to backend API and data model
Perform customer development interviews with educators and administrators to better understand their needs and get feedback on new features and designs
Contribute to UX/UI design and implementation
Manage and analyze user and site analytics
Collaborate and participate in strategic initiatives that impact the entire organization across sales, marketing, content, and professional services
Required Skills Experience
2+ years of work experience in full-stack web development. You love to code, learn the latest technologies and have projects you are tinkering on for fun
Have a sharp intuition for design/UX with corresponding Javascript and CSS skills
Passion for tackling the most challenging issues in K-12 education
Entrepreneurial spirit – you're not here to just execute; challenge us and inspire us and make this your company too
