Job Summary:
We are looking for a Configuration Analyst with a solid understanding of Product Lifecycle and Engineering Change Management Processes with strong program management and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams to drive product documentation, configuration management and product change control best practices. The Configuration Analyst is responsible for the review, analysis and release of product documentation and product change management worldwide. Responsibilities also include program-managing tasks associated with product configuration, item maturity and product documentation readiness.

Qualifications:
• Exposure and understanding of Engineering Change Order (ECO), Bill of Material (BOM) structuring, part attributes and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts in a configure to order and build to replenish environment
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
• Excellent program organizational and management skills
• Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome roadblocks
• Excellent time management skills, able to work independently
• Initiative in selecting and prioritizing tasks for self
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess organizational capabilities and ability to carry out responsibilities with little direction
• Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, self-disciplined, with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Own and project manage the creation, processing and review of Bills of Materials (BOM), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Manufacturer Change Orders, Deviations and Product Readiness activities during product development and post launch
• Follow established processes and procedures including Change Management and Program Management
• Program manage the new product documentation requirements for new product readiness and lead cross functional teams to achieve product readiness milestones
• Manage marketing Part Configurations and Project Structure
• Meet timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Provide input to the project team regarding schedule, issues, deliverable expectations related to change management
• Actively participate in cross functional team meetings
• Participates in process improvement projects and maintains a positive, product relationship with project teams
• Extended hours of support as needed
