OTM seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for long term project work for direct client project. Client is Fortune 500, stable, public and growing.

Responsibilities:

-Under general direction of senior project team members, coordinate, facilitate, execute on project goals and objects and provide periodic updates and feedback.

-Work with business user community to gather requirements, document existing business processes, and make recommendations on how to improve existing business workflows and processes, and obtain consensus from disparate business teams.

-Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis, and prototyping.

-Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

-Identify and Document Change Management Needs and Risk Analysis/Mitigation

-Collaborate with team members in an onsite office environment

Skills:

-Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written

-Experience working within a multinational IT organization

-Experience with Web Content Management systems; e.g., Documentum Web Publisher, Adobe/Day CQ5AEM, and/or Interwoven Team Site

-Experience with business process re-engineering and optimization

-Software Prototyping Techniques (e.g., Evolutionary Prototyping, Incremental Prototyping, etc.)

Ability to create professional-caliber documentation including Business and Requirements Process documentation (including but not limited to UML Use Case, UML Activity Diagram), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Scripts

-Experience with Business Process Modeling tools such as MS Visio, Visual-Paradigm, Rational Rose, Power Point, etc.

-Understanding of User interface development processes (e.g., Agile or scrum-based development)

-Extensive experience working with stakeholders and creating PowerPoint slides.

-Ability to demonstrate a clear Understanding of the impact of technology on business, especially around web portals and content management systems

-Ability to meet deadlines, document and understand web publishing application and processes, write system specifications and requirement documents.

-Very organized and detail oriented

-Manage process, timelines, and change requests

We are looking for an experienced UI designer to work on an Agile project. The visual designer will be embedded and work directly with the agile team and the product owner.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with product owner, user interface designer, and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience

-Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

-Conceptualize design that bring simplicity to complex design

Requirements:

-Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

-Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools

-Experience with rapid prototyping

-Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction?

-Ability to present your designs and clearly express solutions to project stakeholders

-Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

-Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

-BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related

-Min. 8+ years enterprise experience

Linux Kernel Engineer needed for excellent regular opportunity. Client Company is stable and growing.

Linux Kernel/Driver Engineer to help contribute to the development of driver software for 802.11 products. The Engineer should have a wide range of experience and related knowledge in areas that encompass Enterprise Wireless, switching and routing features (L2 and above), functions and operating systems. Experience should include development for both wired and wireless products. They should have extensive knowledge and experience with programming in a Linux Kernel O/S environment.

Responsibilities:

•Participate as an active software development engineer in the software team

•Responsible for defining the implementation of sustaining/features on the Array OS (AOS)

•Responsible for development of WIFI standards to support specific features on the Company's Array

Requirements:

•BS in Computer Science or related

•5+ years of experience

•Deep knowledge of Linux kernel internals, especially network stack, modules, and debugging

•Strong experience with L2/L3 protocols

•OS development – device drivers, input/output controls and pipes and user space apps including kernel interfaces

•Knowledge of Multi-CPU, multithreaded architectures and real time systems

•Strong C/C++ development skills

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Previous experience developing software for embedded networking products

•Work with agencies such as Wi-Fi Alliance and external lab certifications for DFS

•Experience with Cavium Octeon and ARMv7-A CPUs

Preferred:

•Experience cross compiling Linux Kernel for multiple platforms

•Solid knowledge of CPU architecture and IO subsystem such as PCI/PCIe

•Experience with WI-FI Protocols, specifically 802.11

•Experience with Cavium Octeon CPU

•Familiarity with SCM (git)

The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving and creativity skills coupled with an aptitude for cross-functional team collaboration and open communication. This individual excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a design engagement. The candidate will also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment. A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies is a must.

Responsibilities:

-Take ownership of product user experience, designing the interactions and interfaces.

-Passionately advocate end user-centered usability views and work cross-functionally with Product Management, Customers, Architects, Lead Engineers, UI developers and UX designers in effectively solving problems for our customers.

-Conduct user experience research, identify and sketch out key scenarios, iterate through increasing detailed scenarios.

-Understand and contribute to use-cases and user stories for various workflows related to configuration, policy based management, monitoring and visualization of Client Systems Management and Global Center products.

-Lead regular design reviews, and conduct usability tests to verify design choices.

-Communicate design intent to internal and external teams. Clearly represent the design work and advocate for users' needs. Collaborate with the cross functional team to select appropriate design solutions.

-Create documentation that enables software developers to build software that fosters a delightful user experience.

Skills Qualifications:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) or equivalent practical experience in interaction design, new media design or related infrastructure technology product design field.

-6-8 years of experience as a professional UX designer with knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and a good understanding of usability.

-Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique.

-Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail.

-Ability to create wire-frames as well as visual design comps.

-Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools.

-Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Understanding of common web scale and enterprise software development practices, such as Agile or Waterfall or DevOps.

-Strong working knowledge of HTML5, Angular JS, CSS, Rails, JavaScript/JQuery a plus.

-Experience with Media interworking between WebRTC and IETF/3GPP media

-Experience with HTML5, Web Sockets, WebRTC, Web Workers, Audio/Video/Media Sources

-Experience with RWD
