Business Analyst (Cyber Security)

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Duration: 1 year

By joining our team as a technical business analyst, you will be directly analyzing business processes and their underlying technologies in support of projects and initiatives across our Organization.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related discipline, required

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience providing application and/or systems implementation and technical business analysis / project management services

Responsibilities

Partner with and liaise between fellow business analysts, stakeholders and project teams to translate business requirements into creative and practical solutions

Elicit requirements from stakeholders using techniques such as interviews, design sessions, surveys and/or other techniques as needed; create functional specification documents

Liaise with technical and line of business teams to coordinate technical tasks and projects, ensuring prioritization and completion are consistently in line with business needs

Manage tasks, projects and initiatives within assigned business areas/systems

Champion business process improvements and provide in depth analysis within technical and business areas

MUST-HAVE Skills

Prior experience in Information Security and Risk Management Projects is a must

Strong analytical /problem-solving and project reporting skills required

Must have authored graphically illustrative system design diagrams such as Data Flows, Activity Diagrams and Use Cases

Knowledge of SDLC models required

Experience in writing Technical Guides or Project Artifacts or Developing Architectural Diagrams based on Requirement gathering sessions is required

Expert level knowledge of MS Access, Excel, Word required

Good-to-Have skills

Currently have ��OR�� Ability to Obtain certification(s) such as CompTIA Security+ in first 3 months after hire

Any Industrial Certifications in good standing

Prior experience in Information Assurance, C&A, utilizing FISMA or NIST policy is a plus

Web Content Manager (Sunnyvale, CA)

We are looking for a Web Content Manager for a global enterprise solutions company in Sunnyvale, CA. The Web Content Manager will be responsible for managing content on partner web portals, back end infrastructure management and building micro sites for partner events.

This is a 40 hour per week role onsite at the client's offices in Sunnyvale, CA, for an ongoing project (with quarterly contracts). This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage all partner content portals and websites

• Ensure portals/website changes/additions are published in a timely and accurate fashion.

• Project manager for sites redesigns and/or additions.

• Be the customer service liaison for user questions and/or problems with the portals/web sites.

• Create landing pages/micro sites for partner marketing activities – events, webinars, email campaigns, etc

• Manage registrations for partner webinars/workshops

• Run reports and analyze results

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of web and/or content management experience in a high tech company

• Experience with CMS solutions

• Exceptional program management and communication skills

• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, globally

One of our clients - a multi billion dollar storage company is building a brand new distributed storage product from scratch. The product redefines storage for the modern data center. The team includes veterans in the storage industry that have decades of experience developing storage products from scratch at VC backed startups. This is a great opportunity to get in early and develop a complex product from scratch.

Responsibilities

-- Contribute to the overall design and architecture of the product, platform and technology

-- Own specific pieces of the system design and develop code in C / C++ / Java end to end

-- Work with cross functional teams Engineering, QA, Product Management to deliver code in a timely fashion

-- Develop design, architecture and code level documentation

-- Perform peer code reviews and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

Reporting to the STS CTO, the Test Engineering Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the test engineering team who is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing the software and hardware required to test microelectronic components by providing oversight and expertise to others in the test development process.

These responsibilities include the day-to-day administration and process support for the work of the test engineers and the test technicians, including technical/programming support for the D10 and ASLX platforms.

Enhance the operating effectiveness of STS to selectively pursue test business and support Micross by:

•Planning managing department activities, through the test team, to develop software and design support hardware, modifying existing designs, improving production techniques, and developing test procedures

•Reviewing all RFQs/Opportunities in test, and assessing level of complexity/efforts, targeting ATE platforms and devising test plans.

•Defining and instituting protocols to develop and support a library of test routines for the creaton of test program solutions.

•Conforming the configuration of common test platforms to better support the coordination of test resources and equipment across STS and Micross locations

•Oversee the design and development of test methodologies to accurately and efficiently test new and/or complex devices.

•Ensure test systems and methodologies provide optimum operational performance and utilization. Research and recommend capital equipment expenditures.

•Performing or assisting with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements

•Communicating technical information internally across departments and externally to customers, manufacturers and vendors. Provide technical input to quality, sales, and engineering staff.

•Maintaining constructive working relationships/culture within the department and across the organization.

•Determine current and future staffing levels. Develop and implement staffing plans and related budgets

•Interviewing, selecting, hiring,, training and supervising the test engineering team including performance feedback, coaching, and written evaluations.

•Manage employees and flow of work in test engineering and construction. Assign work and monitor performance to schedule. Provide technical direction to staff and assist them in the investigation and resolution of problems

•Developing or revising departmental strategy and procedures to ensure employee compliance with standards, policies, and certifications.

•Developing and maintaining a resource of test engineer subcontractors by assigning, negotiating and managing the development process of subcontract test solutions.

•Provide technical input for automatic test equipment system and wafer prober calibration, repair, and preventive maintenance.

•Identify projects for outsourcing to independent test engineering contractors. Screen contractors, negotiate project scope and financial terms, monitor progress to schedule and sign off on completed work

•Collaborate with other management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, plans, operating procedures, and goals.

•Comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.

Key credentials and qualifications include:

•BS in electrical engineering from a fully accredited institution or equivalent work experience.

•Minimum of 15 years of test programming experience, with experience on the D10, ASLX and Verigy 93000 platforms strongly preferred

•Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory test engineering role

•Experience within the military/aerospace industry (or other highly regulated industry)

•Harware design and signal integrity experience is a plus

•Team player who can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, lean environment while maintaining quality standards. Proven leadership and people development skills.

•High-energy, results-focused self-starter with the capability to implement change.

•Strong analytical ability and decision-making.

•Excellent organization and planning skills.

•Computer skills (spreadsheets and ERP system).

•Ability to understand technical drawings.

•Knowledge of MIL-Specs/Stds, ITAR, and export regulations.

OTM seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Fortune 500 Client Company project.
