Dominate the scene in 2016 with Trinity Technologies, the leading electronics manufacturer's representative in Northern California. We're looking for a highly motivated talented Field Sales Engineer who can take an existing revenue based territory and create growth. We are looking for the right person who is interested in joining our dynamic, fast-growing profitable company to earn high income based on a generous base salary plus added sales commissions. This new member of our team will have an opportunity to create new business with existing customers to become a valuable member of the Trinity Technologies Sales team as we dominate the scene in 2016.
We are synergistically aligned with leading manufacturers serving the networking, storage, data center, industrial and automotive markets. Trinity proudly represents AMD (X86/Arm Processors), Amphenol (Connectors, Cables, Backplane Assemblies), Vicor high efficiency power products and solutions, Bourns (Circuit Protection Products), Macronix (Flash Memory), Oclaro (Optical Transceivers) and Wintec (DRAM Modules/SSD Drives).
Role and Responsibilities:
- Expand existing customer design win revenue $s.
- Develop create new customers for entire line card.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, developing and managing business plans to maximize sales growth and market share.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with Trinity's manufacturers, customers and distributors.
- Successfully sell Trinity's entire product line including Semiconductors, components and system level products.
- Develop maintain exceptional customer relationships built on results, trust professionalism.
Field Sales Engineer Education and Attributes:
- BS/EE Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- High integrity, effective working in teams
- Strong work ethic
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent communications (oral and written)
- Must be able to identify/quantify opportunities and strong ability to close new business
- Energetic, action and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong sales competence and industry knowledge to meet the customer's and manufacturer's requirements.
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical and reporting skills.
