One of The Sages Group's clients is looking for a Web Analyst / Administrator strong with Google Analytics administration. The client is an American company distributing pharmaceuticals at a retail sale level and providing health information technology, medical supplies, and care management tools. This is a great position for someone wanting to learn a lot and they love data.
Location: San Francisco
Duration: 6+ months, potential contract to hire
We are looking for a web analyst/administrator who is ready to work on tracking solutions to better understand the traffic to the client's web site and client ecosystem sites. You will be responsible for configuring Google Analytics to constantly improve data quality and analyzing our website data to better understand our users and what they are doing. Finally, you will build methodologies to report these findings to stakeholders and team members.
Required Skills
- Advanced skills with Google Analytics, Excel and Tableau
- Strong project management and organizational skills--results and detail oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience setting tagging strategy and implementing tags with tag managing solution
Google Analytics Administration
- Creating and configuring accounts, properties and views
- Creating and managing filters
- Creating and managing custom dimensions and metrics
- Setting up goals and events
- Troubleshooting data issues
Data Analysis Reporting
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
- Perform ad hoc analysis
Data Visualization
- Building custom dashboards in Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in an analyst or related position. Digital Marketing focus preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Information Science, Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience working in B2B marketing
- Experience with Big Query
- Experience with Data Studio
