Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc., (ETMG) is seeking a Marketing Systems Specialist for a client company, based in Austin. This is a remote opportunity. The Marketing Systems Specialist will partner closely with the Operations team responsible for the client's AirTable instance to support ongoing updates to the system. The Specialist will have a strong understanding of relational databases and conceptually understand marketing automation tools and how they support the business and feed into a CRM. The Specialist will be responsible for documentation of the user experience, developing training materials, and training new members on how to use AirTable.

Responsibilities:
• Administer AirTable updates with the support of the operations team
• Develop documentation on the step-by-step user guide for AirTable
• Develop training materials and recordings
• Train new members on how to use AirTable from the programmatic side
• Work with internal teams to provide reporting and summaries of customer service challenges

Skills:
• 1-2 years of experience working in a CRM or relational database and demonstrated project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of relational databases and how they function: AirTable knowledge a plus!
• Strong interest and knowledge of technical programs and ability to learn new tools quickly. Tech-savvy is a must!
• Must be eager to learn, intelligent, and inquisitive
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience with capturing and reporting program metrics
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to support multiple programs and/or clients and manage timelines
• Adept at working within a fast-paced, client-facing, ever-changing environment
• Knowledge of Workfront
• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience

This is a long-term, 40 hours a week, paid hourly, remote opportunity. Hourly rate, $35-40/hour.
