Encore Fellowships match US Citizens, typically near retirement or retired, with 1000 hour, part-time fellowships to transition their skills to the nonprofit sector.

A Berkeley-based nonprofit focused on educational programs for girls needs a Director of Development and Marketing -- 100% remote, Pacific Time zone candidates preferred

- Responsible for managing programs, developing strategic plans.
- Lead fundraising, marketing, and community outreach activities.
- Passion and experience in developing science education programs for girls.

$25K for 1000 hours, 20 to 30 hours/week for 8 months
