This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S. and Canada.
Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Strategic Alliances Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the global lead for joint partner marketing with Tier 2 GSI partners and managing communications to stakeholders. You will be responsible for scaling solutions through GSI partners and supporting partners in developing joint solution messaging, content and awareness/demand programs. The Strategic Alliances Marketing Manager will also manage GSI partner digital content and communication.
What You Will Be Doing:
Drive execution of marketing programs through GSI partner programs
Prioritize and execute key programs to support awareness, growth and/or acceleration of the franchise GTM solutions
Drive cadence with key client stakeholders to prioritize key/focus GSI offerings for marketing investments
Define marketing strategies with Tier 2 GSIs to ensure growth of the joint GTM solutions
Monitor and manage budget to ensure timeliness, compliance and measurable spend related to GTM solutions
Engage with GSI partner and stakeholders as required to support/create case studies and videos with messaging which will evangelize the client-based technology value add in GSIs offerings
Work with GSI partners and key stakeholders to identify and develop required marketing assets to support marketing strategy and promote joint offerings, including but not limited to:
Customer Wins (win-wire, case study and/or video)
Datasheets
Solution Briefs
Solution Summary Presentations
Customer Presentations
Web Copy (customer facing, partner site(s) and/or internal websites)
Press Release Copy
FAQs
Sales Guides
Work with PR and Analyst teams as needed to review/validate strategic GSI partner news and message GSI solution(s) offerings where appropriate in client communications and analyst outreach
Manage and maintain partner pages on partner intranet site
Track and report on all strategic GSI marketing activities and executive marketing engagements
You're a good fit if you have:
Minimum 8 yr. experience with channel/partner marketing and marketing programs
Channel sales experience a plus
Marketing experience with System Integrator partners
Strong and effective budget management and measurement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must communicate openly and effectively
Demonstrated ability to craft marketing materials – including PowerPoint presentations, sales guides, marketing collateral
Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing market required plus ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge to current problems
Strong organizational and program management skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate many simultaneous projects/activities, while keeping stakeholders updated on schedules and timelines
Demonstrated ability to logically plan and set priorities, identify and resolve problems to produce measurable results
Ability to influence across a diverse organization, true team player
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
Self-motivated, passionate, innovative, collaborative, multitasker, creative and analytical
English speaking required; additional language fluency preferred
Bachelor's degree required, MBA desirable
