Job Title : Salesforce.com PM
Location:Mountain View, CA
Duties
-Manage and Deliver CRM applications on Salesforce.com platform.
-Manage a protfolio of CRM projects and provide weekly PMO report outs and dashbaords.
-Provide funcitonal Expertise on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
-Develop familiarity of business process and technology solution best practices within a specific business segment.
-Responsible for application, process and operations documentation.
-Participates in preparing business requirements from which applications can be developed or modified.
-Assists with engaging with the business customers on business processes and practices associated with the IT systems that implement, support or enable those processes and practices.
-Assist in collection and analysis of data and information from business users to understand how systems can solve business problems, and identifies opportunities for process improvement.
-Assists in analyzing possible project engagements, documenting project scope (objectives, deliverables, critical success factors, assumptions, global and regional considerations, and resource requirements), prioritization, cost/benefit, potential risks, and feasibility.
-Assists in the definition of work and project scope, objectives and business requirements and research for selection of potential solutions.
-Assists in the production and review (from content to final draft) of user guides, training classes, and other end-user documentation for applications and processes. Participate in the verification activities that ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Activities may include assisting in development of functional test scripts.
Skills
- 8+ years in an information technology Business Analyst consulting role, delivering projects to multiple clients
-3+ years implementing, configuring and administering sales cloud, service cloud, & collaboration cloud in Salesforce.com
-2+ years in the role of a Functional Lead on Salesforce.com platform
-3+ years in the role of a project Manager
-Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
-Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks.
-Ability to work with leadership , Business users, Architects and technical leads Relevant Salesforce.com and Project Management Certfications is a must Agile / SCRUM experience is a plus.
Education Bachelors degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience required.
