About the Job We are looking for an experienced engineer manager to join our team. We are building an exciting product. You'll be leading and growing a team of electrical and software engineers, industrial designers, test & quality engineers. You will work closely with the system architects and shape the future of our products. You will manage the project and be a key decision maker. Responsibilities Lead device architecture & implementation Grow the team, be a mentor, be the leader Use your knowledge and experience to make tradeoffs in design, functionality, features, etc.
Be a part of the company strategy team and executive team
Work with suppliers to learn about the latest trends and technologies
Suggest, Implement and Validate new tools
Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in one of the areas and knowledge: Embedded design, iOS/Android apps and web/cloud services.
Experience in managing project/programs to successful outcomes.
History of innovation with examples of developing new technologies and practices for designs.
Experience working with in-house teams and Asian ODM teams.
Required:
Skills Familiar with consumer electronics development and/or embedded design. Knows how to program and/or how to distinguish clean well-structured code from spaghetti code. Well organized and familiar with tools such as Jira, Github and Agile.
Education:
BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. Compensation Significant Equity Compensation. Your chance to make it big!
