The web manager/developer is a high-profile member of the marketing and global web teams. You will collaborate with the EMEA web developer on all functions of company websites and microsites, including implementing new enhancements and international sites, refreshing content and overseeing day-to-day management of the web properties. Essential to success will be the ability to collaborate with marketing colleagues to ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness. You will report to the VP of Corporate Marketing.
You will:
- Manage Clarizen's web presence, implementation, localization and continuous improvement, in collaboration with EMEA web developer
- Manage the schedule for refreshing website content to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information and images
- Monitor web metrics keeping in mind the overall goal of driving brand awareness and lead generation
- Oversee internal and external resources including web site development and implementation teams, etc.
- Interface for performance issues and debug issues that arise with the performance of the website
- Maintain responsive design and continually work to troubleshoot and improve loading speeds
- Plan for future changes to the website
Skills/Qualifications:
- 5+years relevant experience in web roles
- Command of website languages (HTML/DHTML, XML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript)
- Expertise in CMS/blog platforms � Subdreamer experience a plus - Expertise in Google analytics and other analytics tools
- Working knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce.com
- Understanding of site optimization techniques (SEO) - Analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Keen attention to detail and ability to accurately proof code and content
- Excellent communications skills required
- Strong project management skills required - Design abilities and experience with Adobe Creative Suite products a strong plus
- Hands-on ability to produce/edit videos a strong plus
- B2B software company experience mandatory - Creative thinking skills to deliver fresh ideas
- Adept at handling a multitude of different responsibilities at one time
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive results across external and internal constituents
- Self-motivated, high energy, positive attitude, team-player and a strong work ethic in a fast- paced environment
Education:
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
