SR. PRODUCT MANAGER – INTERNET OF THINGS (IoT)
Location: SF Bay Area
Wind River, a global leader in software for intelligent devices and systems, is seeking an experienced product management professional to join the IoT Product Management Group.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Define product portfolio strategy based on technology trends, market opportunity, customer needs and competitive analysis
• Lead business planning process to identify new investment and partnership opportunities
• Act as product owner for agile product engineering teams
Plan and program product launches, content strategy for events, go-to-market activities, sales training, and demand generation programs
• In collaboration with product marketing team, produce product content including product overviews, white papers, use case briefs, positioning statements, elevator pitches, value propositions, and sales presentations.
Qualifications
MBA, Bachelors of Computer Science, Bachelors of Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Track record of success working across engineering, product marketing and direct sales organization to design, develop and commercialize medical technologies
• Proven experience in end-to-end product positioning and promotion campaigns
• Able to think both strategically and operationally, driving all stages of product lifecycle
• 5+ years of product management, solutions marketing or consulting experience
Available to travel up to 30%
