Program Manager needed for potential long term project. Client is stable, public and Fortune 500.
** Local candidates with Local Experience preferred due to in person interviewing. (Local = San Francisco Bay Area)
Program Manager needed to train, support, and coach users with 2-3 large scale productivity tools.
Required Skills/Experience:
1. Train, Support and Coach users on Cisco NetSpace, WebEx Meeting Center and Jabber Instant Messaging (including Productivity Tools). Responsibilities will include responding to user posts/discussions in the User Voice feedback instance in a timely manner, providing 1:1 coaching as necessary, leading virtual or in-person training sessions, responding to user requests and questions, and developing clear user documentation/instructions when necessary.
2. Support working with the Business Units and IT Department to report/test/track/resolve open issues and enhancement requests for Cisco NetSpace instance and integrated services (Meeting Center and IM).
3. Provide Level 1 Admin support services on Cisco NetSpace, including configuring new user accounts.
