(3-4) Technical Recruiters - contract to hire (the plan is to contract 6 months, then convert to full time)

Looking for technical recruiters at all levels who have experience in hiring SWE (software engineers), ML, AI, Robotics
Contract to Hire
Perm role - Fully Remote - (Austin or SF preferred)

Completely remote culture

Requirements:
A human who is independent, understands and/or has done full-cycle, and can calibrate and coach hiring managers on DE&I.
She is more focused on the right person coming on as this will be the second recruiter/sourcer in the company
Technical recruiting = SWE, ML, AI, some Hardware experience
Experience = 3+ years for recruiters
Experience = 10-15+ years for Recruiting Manager
Remote - but SF and Austin candidates preferred
Compensation: 130k for Tech Recruiters depending on experience
