The Solutions Architect candidate will be responsible for the adaption and implementation of the product line into the customer's live online experience. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, designing and proposing customer solutions, and assisting the Sales and Marketing team by helping to address technical issues and concerns during the sales process. We are seeking a hands-on technical contributor who enjoys meeting customers, applying leading edge products to help customers realize their consumer engagement dreams on mobile devices.

Needs to reside in SF Bay Area with close proximity to San Jose preferred.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Specify, Design, Architect, Implement, Test, Deploy, Support leading-edge mobile solutions
2. Provide technical leadership, brainpower, assistance to the sales and marketing teams.
3. Implement solutions on top of LAMP stack, VM/hosted environments such as AWS, and
connect them to Enterprise CRM and operation management systems.
4. Troubleshoot, support live customer operations.
5. Grow the Applications/Sales Engineering team in both expertise and personnel.

Deliverables:
1. Technical Sales Presentations, Requirements Documents, Project Scope Documents, Integration Specifications, Deployment Architectures, Test Strategy Documents, and Support Strategy documents.
2. Design, Code, Test, Deploy code to implement custom features and integrate the system in the customer environment.
3. Example code, guides, best practices for our partner network to use in building their solutions on top of the Services Platform.

Desired Skills and Experience Core Skills:
1. Ability to understand customer desires, separate the needs from the wants, explain what is possible and what is practical, and present a solution which satisfies the customer.
2. Command of LAMP stack and experience writing code for online systems in that environment.
3. Experience with modern web frameworks such as Django, Ruby on Rails, Python a huge plus.
4. Experience with common server-side technologies (MySQL, SQLite, SQLServer) and virtual
server experience (AWS, Slicehost, Linode) a plus
5. Experience building server API's, web services APIs a plus
6. ExperiencewithJavaand/orObjective-Caplus

Qualifications:
1. BS/BE in Computer Science or Related Field is preferred.
2. Proven Track Record as a hands-on contributor to product or consulting development projects
with a minimum of 3 years in the LAMP environment.
3. Proven ability to take ownership of tasks assigned
4. Analyticalskills,abilitytoseethebigpictureandmoveconceptstoimplementation
5. Ability to write high-quality, customer appropriate communications.
6. Experience working in a startup environment is a huge plus
