General Summary of Position:

Major Responsibilities:



Attend cross-functional product release meetings

Conduct pilot "box-opening" sessions

Process products through status cycles on Oracle corresponding with Product Release Life Cycle (PRLC), and Product Life Cycle (PLC) states

Execute product End-Of-Life (EOL), and work with Planning to clear EOL inventory

Interface with Planning/vendor for hand-off of masters

OTM seeking a Sr. Business Analyst (Agile PLM) for a long term project. Client Company is stable, public and growing.

Description

Candidates should have a proven successful track record and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving and have exceptional leadership and communication skills. The Oracle PLM Business Analyst will blend business analysis, daily operations and project management to drive towards exceeding application user's expectations in both release content and release process. The Analyst will be responsible for coordinating information exchange, understanding business problems, influencing the right change, analyzing data, and defining system and business process requirements. The Analyst will play a key role in PLM Expansion, through multiple assessments and will act as a liaison between the development team, consultants and system users. The Analyst will bridge the gap between organizations to ensure potential solutions are evaluated thoughtfully and agreed upon. The Analyst will be expected to work and build good rapport and trust with other functional groups. This role requires clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to summarize a large amount of information in an easy to understand format.

Major Responsibilities:

* Support Agile PLM expansion projects aimed at supporting internal engineering and other cross functional teams

* Quickly learn as-is processes and help to determine to-be processes, leveraging never before used tools

* Facilitate cross functional communication

* Work with Internal teams to define, track and communicate business requirements

* Provide guidance to the team on Oracle Agile PLM's vision and roadmap

* Provide regular updates to PLM Management to ensure appropriate exposure of issues and challenges

* Drive day to day program activities to meet overall team objectives

Key Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years relevant experience

• 3-5 years direct experience working with Agile PLM

• Strong business acumen and customer focus

• Strong Project Management, system implementation and change management experience

• Innovative and strategic approach to problem solving

• Demonstrated analytical skills are required

• Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced Excel skills

• Ability to capture and summarize meeting minutes effectively

• Ability to multitask and balance daily activities with larger project deadlines

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Self-motivated individual able to function effectively when working independently or in a team

• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Web Production Developer needed for a long term project for a direct client project. Client is stable, growing, public.

Job Summary:

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

Building marketing assets and product launch pages by transforming Photoshop comps from our Client's Design team into the mobile environment, using existing templates and new markdown layouts styled with CSS-like style sheets.

Working with the greater business team, delivering code that integrates easily into the content publishing environment.

Interfacing with the Mobile Engineering team to learn and help establish best practices, maintaining staging environment layouts and CSS using Subversion.

Communicating with cross-functional teams, understanding and refining user interface requirements, and clearly documenting the development process.

This position requires individuals who are self-motivated and comfortable dealing with ambiguity. We are a fun and hard-working team, looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to work on highly visible web pages.

Qualifications:

Strong HTML and CSS skills — experience with CSS3 or mobile development is a plus

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

Ability to work efficiently under incredibly tight timelines and to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality

Exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work

Adeptness at troubleshooting and quickly fixing development bugs

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Eagerness to learn and grow as the mobile platform matures

Incredible eye for detail

Passion for creating a great user experience and interaction

Understanding of performance and page weight optimization

Comprehension of the challenges of localizing/translating large-scale sites

Experience with content management systems and Subversion or similar file management systems

Minimum 3 years of experience in developing code for large-scale websites

B.S. / B.A. degree or equivalent work experience
