Java Developer needed for project work for Fortune 500 Client Company. Client Company is stable, public, and growing.

Responsibilities:
Looking for a self-starting, energetic team player with great technical knowledge. Contribute to the development of world class platform applications for an Engineering team. Work closely with other engineering team members to lead, design and deliver world class engineering solutions in an exciting fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Proficient in Multithreading: Core Java, Java Threading, IO Concurrency
Experience developing and deploying code in a Unix Environment
Skilled in Linux with trouble shooting experience
Experience developing middlware applications handling high volume transation with low latency
Exposure to Oracle database, Cassandra, Kafka, Solr, Lucene or Couchbase is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Some knowledge of database, query optimization
Understanding of JMS messaging, is a plus
